Hemingway's Mojito
Ernest Hemingway spent much time in Cuba. His favourite bar in Havana (or should we say one of them) was ”El Bodegita del Medio”. When he ordered a Mojito the bartender went out into the backyard and picked a sprig of mint for the drink
Our Hemingway-mint is propagated from that very same mint
RECIPE
Dissolve ½ tsp of sugar in the juice of ½ lime. Put a sprig of fresh Hemingway-mint in the glas and crush it with a spoon. Add ice cubes and 5 cl white rum an stir thoroughly. Fill up with sodawater and decorate with a slice of lime and fresh mint leaves
